We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to (wineclub@thewineranch.com) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (951) 600-2800 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders. Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled.
Cancellation of wine club memberships must be recieved in writing either through email or a cancellation form available at 24683 Washington Ave. Murrieta, CA 92562 on or before the 19th day of the month prior to your next member billing cycle. Members are responible for keeping a record of the written cancellation as it will be required if there is a dispute over the cancellation date. Ex. If you wanted to cancel for the April billing cycle you would have had to get your cancellation in by March 19th.
